We are currently looking for a New Car Sales Consultant who is bright, bubbly and vivacious to join our growing family at Alto Volkswagen North Shore.

For over 50 years the family at the Alto Group have been selling and servicing new and used vehicles in Chatswood and the North Shore of Sydney. The Alto Group is among eight private Australian companies recognised for their outstanding business performance in Deloitte Australia’s first ever Best Managed Companies awards.

Our modern showroom and large display areas allow customers to casually browse the great range of Volkswagen vehicles. Our team are specialists who are proud of their association with Volkswagen and look forward to assisting clients when searching for their next vehicle.

The next 12 months will see several new models that will provide our team with great opportunities to connect with customers and match their needs and desires to the right vehicle, to increase the quality of their lifestyle and make driving the pleasure it should be.

We are looking for people who have:

• A want to work within a great team environment
• Ability to build rapport quickly and understand a customer’s needs
• Immaculate presentation
• Excellent communication skills
• An approachable and enthusiastic manor
• Extremely customer focused and the ability to react quickly to changing priorities
• Previous experience in a Customer Service Role (Retail is advantageous)
• Fluency in a second language – Mandarin and Cantonese preferable
