The Alto Group is a family owned and operated organisation with over 600 employees, which has been serving the motoring needs of the local community for over 67 years. We are currently looking for a vehicle estimator and damage assessor to join our team. We are a factory approved body shop for Toyota, Audi, VW, Skoda, Jaguar and Landrover and we carry out work for all major insurance companies. If you have previous experience working in a busy panel repair shop and are looking for a new challenge - We'd like to talk!

The Role:

•  Accurately quote vehicles for insurance and private work in a timely manner
•  Processing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including   imaging and visual inspections
• Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre- accident condition
• Ensure all our customers experience a high level of service 

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience in vehicle estimation/quotation
• A comprehensive understanding of motor vehicle repair techniques
• Well developed computer skills, excellent organisation, time management and customer service skills
• Experienced in the Ibodyshop estimating systems
• Strong communication skills 
• Ability to work both independently and as a team member
