We are looking for an Audi Expert to join our Audi Alto Artarmon team.

An Audi Expert is not a selling role, Audi Experts get customers excited about technology and the Audi brand. You enhance the driving experience and inspire customers with the options that the new product offers. Audi Experts bring the Audi brand to life; they are brand ambassadors that actively support customers when selecting a product. As a contact person for technical questions about our products, in your role as Audi Expert you are responsible for our exceptional test drive experience and vehicle handover and bring our customers closer to Audi's strengths with a variety of exciting driving routes. Audi Alto Artarmon is a Leading Audi dealer with a strong focus on our team culture and common vision of being the very best at what we do.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take advantage of working with a luxury brand producing world-class cars. This position will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Ensuring delivery of a premium customer experience
• Generate excitement for Audi’s brand and products
• Detailed knowledge about all models, technology behind them and Audi accessories
• Liaise with Sales Advisor to create a personalised vehicle presentation
• Present vehicle to customer with an approach to always tailor to the customer needs
• Create a personalised demonstration drive experience
• Perform a personalised, premium vehicle handover
• Assist sales team in product/sales training
• Administer and process Subscription car bookings, check-ins, and check-outs
• Proactively contacts leads marked as “lost” by Sales Advisors
