In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of the service department. What you'll be doing
Providing a high level of customer service and support to Volkswagen owners
Professionally responding to customer inquiries, booking service appointments and managing the service schedule
Inspecting vehicles, estimating repair costs and communicating these effectively to customers
Ensuring all required paperwork and documentation is completed accurately
Liaising with the service team to coordinate efficient vehicle repairs and maintenance
Identifying and actioning any additional work or upsell opportunities
Contributing to the overall success and growth of the Volkswagen service department
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role in the automotive industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build excellent relationships with customers
Proficiency in computer systems and automotive diagnostic software
A thorough understanding of vehicle servicing, maintenance and repair processes
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
A professional, courteous and helpful attitude at all times
A current driver's licence and the ability to drive a range of vehicle makes and models
